We believe in keeping our network safe and trustworthy, so all potential providers will need to pass a background check. This is important to maintain a secure and reliable service for both our retail partners and customers.
Proper Vehicle/Truck/Tools – You must have an adequete vehicle and tools to properly remove/install/asseemble the products on-site.
Auto insurance is required to be on the platform. If you have certain limits of General Liability, you can make more money, but it is not a requirement. Work Comp or Occ Acc must follow your state guidelines.
A helper is required. We require two people on each job to ensure all items are removed safely without damaging the home.
Yes! You can certainly qualify to provide multiple services within the REFURN Providers Network. However, each service has its own set of qualifications that you must meet.
Indicate on the form below what services you believe you can provide. Once you start the process, there will be a questionnaire to further clarify what you are able to do within the network. You will also be talking with a representative from REFURN who can answer any questions and help you get the most opportunity out of the network.
If you are a qualified reseller provider, then YES you can certainly resell the items in your city. You will have to follow all guidelines provided to you regarding how you can sell and any restrictions the manufacturer has put on the resell of the item(s) you have purchased.
However, if you are simply providing a haul-away service for a return or a replacement of a product you are not permitted to resell that item. You must dispose of it according to the instructions on the booking. Some customers and partners choose to donate the item, while others require it be properly destroyed. You are bound by those instructions
No. All resell items through our recommerce service are sold as-is and carry no warranty from the manufacturer or REFURN.
